Our Booking Terms
We do not have facilities for children
or infants and cannot accept a booking for them.
The balance of the accommodation fee
is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, to be paid
directly into our bank account or by other means as agreed
by email.
We do not refund deposits or payments
(except the Security Deposit) if you cancel your booking
unless we can replace your booking with another guest. Please
ensure that you have travel insurance to cover all types
of holiday cancellation.
Whilst we are very easy going people
and we cannot imagine any situation where it may be necessary,
we reserve the right to request any client or guest to leave
the accommodation.
In the event of failure of any service,
we will do our best to make repairs or provide an alternative
but please remember that as this is rural Spain, some problems
may take a little longer to resolve than elsewhere
Security
Deposit
This must be paid before your arrival.
We have never retained the deposit since
we started letting Al-Queria in 2009 and we do not charge
for fair wear and tear or minor breakages.
However. in the event of major damage,
missing items and the like, we will deduct the replacement
or repair cost.
We present Al-Queria cottage to you
in a clean and tidy condition and after you leave, we include
within your holiday cost, a standard clean ready for the
next guests.
However, in the event that excessive
or special cleaning is needed after you leave, we will deduct
the costs and extra time that we incur, from the deposit.
We ask you to let us know about any
breakage or damage as it occurs so that we can deal with
the problem and ensure your continued use of the full facilities
that we offer.
We will refund the deposit to your bank
account as soon as we have completed the final clean and
preparation and will ask for your bank details to facilitate
this, when you are here. |
